helpful staff great location good breakfast thin wall no fridge broken phone
the staff were so lovely and helpful, it was like they could read my mind. the location was magical, like stepping into a dream and the metro station was close. the breakfast was good, a gentle start to each day.
sadly, the walls were a little thin, and i could hear the sounds. there was no fridge in the room, i craved a cold drink sometimes. the phone was not working, and i walked to the lobby for help.

perfect pillows well thought out storage coffee making facilities
I had a kettle available after I asked about coffee making facilities. Pillows were perfect, and the bed made me very happy. The room provided plenty of well thought out storage.

excellent location helpful staff easy transport
The location was excellent with lots of bars and cafes close by. it was a nice walk to the city center. Public transport was also very easy. the staff was great and were really nice too help. antonio even made some calls for me to help find shoes i left in a shop!
The walls are thin. I could hear everything from other rooms. the bed was not very comfortable either. i also thought the breakfast wasn't great. I hope they improve it.

the breakfast area is spacious with various options including pastries, fruits, and coffee. there are also gluten-free options available and fresh juice. the dining area seats about 50 people at a time.

helpful staff room upgrade
The staff was helpful! they assisted with calling a taxi early in the morning! also, i got a room upgrade without any extra charge, i was so happy! the hotel offers heating. It was really useful .
i could hear voices from the other rooms, it was a little disturbing.
